Andrey Rublev battled back to beat Hamad Medjedovic 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 and move into the Barcelona final. He will face either Rafael Jodar or Arthur Fils, with Fils the No. 9 seed. Fils had already beaten Lorenzo Musetti 6-3, 6-4 to reach his first Barcelona semifinal. Cameron Norrie, the No. 7 seed, was set to meet Jodar for the other final place.
