Evans 'happy with decision' to retire after Wimbledon


Dan Evans says he is happy with his decision to retire after Wimbledon after his singles career ended with a second-round qualifying defeat to Tristan Schoolkate. The ATP veteran will still appear at the Championships in men's doubles with Henry Searle after receiving a wildcard. That keeps Evans in the Wimbledon draw, but only in doubles, as he moves toward the end of his singles career.
