Defending champion Jannik Sinner beat Miomir Kecmanovic 4-6, 6-3, 6-7 (6), 6-2, 6-3 in the first round of the Wimbledon Championships. Sinner overcame a fall and a bloodied foot to advance to a meeting with Nuno Borges.
