Sinner dispatches Zverev, defends Wimbledon title


Jannik Sinner beat Alexander Zverev 6-7 (7), 7-6 (2), 6-3, 6-4 to defend his Wimbledon men's singles title. The win gave Sinner back-to-back Wimbledon crowns and his fifth Grand Slam title, reinforcing his place at the top of the game. Zverev was left with another missed chance in a major final, while the result closed out Wimbledon with Sinner as the defending champion again.
