Lorenzo Musetti out of Roland Garros after continuing in Rome "despite not being 100%"


Lorenzo Musetti has withdrawn from Roland Garros because of a leg injury that also affected him in Rome. The Italian played on in Rome despite not being 100%, but the injury now keeps him out of the season's second Grand Slam. That removes a home-country contender from the French Open draw and interrupts the clay-court momentum he built last year. Musetti's 2025 clay season had included semifinal runs in Madrid, Rome, and Roland Garros.
