Privacy Policy
Overview
TennisDB is an independent tennis statistics reference. You can browse public pages without creating an account, signing in, or accepting tracking cookies.
This policy explains what limited data is collected to operate the site, measure aggregate usage, and respond to feedback reports.
Last updated: May 2026.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics (opens in new tab), a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.
Analytics data is aggregated. TennisDB uses it to understand which pages are useful, not to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
TennisDB does not set tracking cookies. Strictly functional cookies may be used for internal authenticated maintenance surfaces, such as feedback review tools.
Visitor Data
The public site does not require visitor accounts. Standard hosting logs may include request metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and response status for security, debugging, and reliability.
Search queries and filters are sent as URL parameters when you use site search or browse tools. Avoid placing private information in those fields.
Feedback
If you submit feedback via the contact page, TennisDB stores the message, report type, optional page URL, and optional email address you provide so the report can be reviewed and, when useful, answered.
Do not include sensitive personal information in feedback messages. Feedback reports are kept only as long as they are useful for support, data-quality review, and product maintenance.
